Ramya MK – Managing Partner, Wellness Ever

Ms. Ramya MK is the Managing Partner at Wellness Ever. A Spiritual Counsellor, Motivational Speaker, and also a Work-Life Coach, she was a Human Resource Management professional and has worked with various IT firms over a period of 10 years. She went on to explore her calling in Training and Counselling. Having vast experience in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Human Resources, and Personnel Management, she resonates with a strong belief in the potential of every living being and their development and upscaling of personality. Rachana MK

Ms. Rachana MK is a Partner in Wellness Ever. She has previously worked in various capacities at Schools like Ekya and The Oxford English School at Bangalore. Rachana is specialized in conducting Life Skills Workshops for students.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient healing science that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life”. Ayurveda is considered as the “Mother of all Healing Sciences.” The science of  Ayurveda is explained in detail in the Vedas. This knowledge was taught through oral tradition by accomplished Gurus to their disciples. According to Ayurveda, the Human Body is composed of the Pancha Mahabhutas – the five Fundamental Elements. The combination of these five elements governs the activities of the human body. When these elements are in balance we can experience good health; an imbalance between the elements causes disease. The combinations of pairs of the five elements create three biological forces or Tridoshas – Kapha (Phlegm), Pitta (Bile), Vata (Air). In every person, the Tridoshas differ in permutations and combinations. To be healthy, these biological forces need to be balanced. The object of Ayurveda is to realign the balance of the five Fundamental Elements and three biological forces. Ayurveda is about the preservation of Swastya (good health) and the cure of ailments. The traditional and authentic therapies in Ayurveda help heal and relax our physical selves to “Experience Wellness.”

Reiki

Reiki is a Healing Therapy that originated in Japan. It is not a massage, belief, or auto-suggestion technique but a subtle and effective form of energy healing. Reiki is known as ‘Life Force Energy,’ which flows through all living as well as non-living things. Healers, following various belief systems around the world, practice this healing technique. When this energy is high and flowing freely without any (obstruction) blocks, we can experience positivity (goodness/clarity/enthusiasm and progress) in all activities we do. Chakra Meditation & Guided Meditation

Meditation is a technique of getting our minds to focus on a particular thought or a state of thoughtlessness. As we gain better control over our thoughts, our mind calms down and stays in the present moment. We can experience peace and happiness in the process. Some primary benefits of meditation that we may experience are – improved patience, reduced stress, lessen anxiety, tension, and frustration. Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis for therapeutic purposes is Hypnotherapy. It is a safe form of Therapy that helps sub-conscious changes.  Hypnotherapy helps bring positive responses, thoughts, feelings, and attitudes. In the process, the subconscious mind is activated to solve deep-seated emotional issues. The subject experiences a partial or full trance state in the process with the help of a hypnotherapist.
